Naga Seshaiah Kaliki is our Operations leader with 35+ years of experience across sterile and non-sterile APIs and Injectable dosage forms within global pharmaceutical organizations. Proven track record in leading large-scale manufacturing operations, delivering greenfield and brownfield projects, and successfully navigating USFDA and international regulatory audits. Expertise in scaling manufacturing capacity, driving process optimization, and ensuring cGMP compliance across complex operations. Known for building high-performing teams, resolving critical manufacturing challenges, and delivering consistent results in regulated environments.
He has worked with various reputed organizations including Lupin, Orchid Pharma, Ranbaxy, Hospira, Biocon.
Naga Seshaiah is a graduate in Pharmacy and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Management.
As Chief Operating Officer of Audataam Group, Naga Seshaiah leads the Group’s operations, strengthening safety, quality, productivity and bringing cultural change towards operational excellence to meet the Group’s future strategic plans.
Dr. Swarup Datta

Dr. Swarup Datta is a pharmaceutical R&D leader with two decades of experience driving innovation, scientific excellence, and business growth across CDMO and API sectors. He has a proven track record of leading development programs from early-stage research through commercialization while building high-performing R&D teams.
He has held leadership roles at Piramal Pharma, Aragen Life Sciences, Glenmark Life Sciences, Syngene International, and Daiichi Sankyo India Pharma, with expertise spanning drug discovery, process R&D, technology transfer, and commercialization.
He holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan, postdoctoral experience from the University of Saarland, Germany, and the University of Oxford, UK, and a Global MBA from the University of Western Australia in collaboration with IIM Kozhikode.

He has held leadership roles at organizations including Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories and ZCL Chemicals. Mr. Vinod has managed procurement spends exceeding USD 100 million.
He has built resilient supplier networks across India and China. His focus includes cost optimization, sustainability, and operational efficiency. He plays a critical role in strengthening end-to-end supply chain excellence.

As Chief Information Officer (Compliance, Transformation & Growth) at the Audataam platform, Srini aligns technology, talent, and strategy to drive sustainable growth. In this role, he leads enterprise-wide digital transformation, organizational strategy, and Merger & Acquisition (M&A) initiatives—strengthening platform performance while future-proofing complex, highly regulated operations.
Spanning the entire pharmaceutical value chain—including R&D, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and corporate functions—Srini brings a 360-degree operational perspective to complex global initiatives. Prior to his leadership at Audataam, he held senior executive roles at renowned global organizations including Apotex and Cohance Lifesciences, where he spearheaded high-stakes digital shifts, compliance modernizations, and post-merger integrations.
Known for his visionary leadership style, Srini champions the convergence of people, processes, data, and technology to build resilient, high-performing enterprises. He believes that digital capability is not merely a support function, but one of the most powerful drivers of business transformation, market agility, and long-term enterprise value creation.
Srini holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and an MBA, complemented by advanced executive General Management education from premier institutions including NMIMS.

Over the course of his career, Niraj has led transformative HR agendas across reputed organizations including Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Wockhardt, HVAL (a Tata Enterprise), Essel Mining (Aditya Birla Group), and Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corporation. His experience spans organization building, leadership development, talent strategy, culture transformation, and the creation of high-performance organizations.
Niraj holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi. As Chief Human Resources Officer of Audataam Group, Niraj leads the Group’s people and organizational agenda, strengthening leadership, capability, culture, and organizational effectiveness to support the Group’s long-term growth and strategic aspirations.

Dr. Kirti Prakash Jain brings over 24 years of distinguished leadership in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) research, process development, and commercial manufacturing to the organization. A strategic and visionary R&D executive, Dr. Jain specializes in bridging the gap between bench-scale innovation and commercial-scale operations. Throughout his career, he has held pivotal R&D leadership roles at several of India’s premier pharmaceutical organizations, including Sun Pharma, Ipca Laboratories, Hikal, Ami Life Sciences, Cadila Pharmaceuticals, and Ranbaxy Laboratories.
Dr. Jain leads the organization’s state-of-the-art R&D center in Ahmedabad, where he drives the company’s end-to-end API development strategy, oversees process chemistry, spearheads the introduction of advanced technologies, and ensures strict alignment with global regulatory standards.
A strong advocate for next-generation manufacturing, Dr. Jain’s core technical expertise lies in integrating advanced capabilities — specifically flow chemistry, process intensification, and green technologies — to modernize traditional API synthesis. His focus on robust, cost-effective process design has been instrumental in maximizing operational efficiency and supporting strategic growth in APIs and CDMO services.
Dr. Jain holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) and a Ph.D. in Chemistry. A prolific innovator, he holds credit for over 25 patented technologies.
